My Process
Creating Raw Customer Data
I initially generate a set of raw customer data entries to record and easily identify duplicates. I am effectively drafting the structure for customer information in QuickBooks.
Sales Data Encoding
I then encode Sales, make sure everything is precise, accurate and up-dated.
Recuring transaction
Next, I set up recurring transactions to create templates for easily recording data and teaching my coworkers.
Generating Records
I also make sure to generate a sales report at the end of each month to have a copy for filing and save it to the drive.
